TERMS OF SERVICE

Welcome to Hot Shot Pressure Wash. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website at hotshotpressurewash.com (the "Site") and the pressure washing and related cleaning services ("Services") provided by Hot Shot Pressure Wash ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing our Site or engaging our Services, you ("Customer," "you," or "your") agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our Site or Services.

1. SERVICES PROVIDED

Hot Shot Pressure Wash provides professional pressure washing, soft washing, and exterior cleaning services for residential and commercial properties in the greater Los Angeles area. Our services include, but are not limited to, driveway cleaning, building washing, roof cleaning, deck and patio cleaning, and commercial exterior maintenance.

All services are performed by trained technicians using commercial-grade equipment and environmentally safe cleaning solutions. The specific scope of work for each job is outlined in the service quote or proposal provided to the Customer prior to the start of work.

2. QUOTES, PRICING, AND PAYMENT

All quotes provided by Hot Shot Pressure Wash are valid for thirty (30) days from the date of issuance unless otherwise stated. Quotes are based on the information provided at the time of the initial assessment and may be subject to adjustment if site conditions differ from what was described or observed during the property inspection.

Payment is due upon completion of services unless alternative payment arrangements have been agreed upon in writing. We accept cash, check, and all major credit cards. For commercial contracts or large-scale projects, a deposit of up to 50% may be required prior to the start of work.

Late payments are subject to a service charge of 1.5% per month (or the maximum rate permitted by California law, whichever is lower) on all outstanding balances past thirty (30) days. The Customer shall be responsible for any reasonable collection costs, including attorney fees, incurred by the Company to collect unpaid balances.

3. SCHEDULING AND CANCELLATIONS

Service appointments are scheduled on a first-come, first-served basis. We make every reasonable effort to arrive within the scheduled time window. However, arrival times may be affected by weather conditions, prior job durations, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled service date. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a cancellation fee of $75.00 to cover scheduling and preparation costs.

In the event of inclement weather (heavy rain, severe storms, or unsafe wind conditions), we reserve the right to reschedule the service to the next available date at no additional charge to the Customer. Light rain does not typically affect our ability to perform services.

4. CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITIES

To ensure safe and effective service, the Customer agrees to the following prior to the scheduled service date:

Remove or secure all loose personal items, furniture, decorations, potted plants, and vehicles from the areas to be serviced.

Ensure all windows and doors are closed and properly sealed before the start of service.

Provide access to an adequate outdoor water supply in working condition at no additional charge to the Company.

Notify the Company of any known hazards, structural concerns, loose siding, damaged surfaces, or areas of concern prior to the commencement of work.

Notify the Company of any surfaces that cannot be exposed to water, cleaning solutions, or high-pressure application.

Keep all people and pets away from the work areas during service for safety purposes.

5. PROPERTY ACCESS

By scheduling services, the Customer grants Hot Shot Pressure Wash and its technicians permission to access the property and all designated service areas for the purpose of performing the agreed-upon work. If the Customer is not present during the service, it is the Customer's responsibility to ensure adequate access is provided. If our crew arrives and cannot access the property or work area due to locked gates, obstructed pathways, or other barriers not previously communicated, the visit may be treated as a late cancellation.

6. SATISFACTION GUARANTEE AND WARRANTY

We stand behind our work with a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If you are not satisfied with the results, please contact us within 48 hours of service completion. We will return to re-clean the affected areas at no additional charge.

This guarantee covers the quality of our cleaning workmanship only. It does not cover pre-existing stains, permanent discoloration, structural damage, damage caused by weather or third parties after service completion, or surface conditions that cannot be improved through pressure washing or soft washing techniques.

All additional warranties are limited to those offered by the manufacturers of the products used. The Company makes no additional warranties, expressed or implied, beyond what is stated in these Terms.

7. LIABILITY AND INSURANCE

Hot Shot Pressure Wash carries comprehensive general liability insurance to protect both our team and our customers' property. We exercise the highest level of care in performing all services. In the event that property damage occurs as a direct result of our negligence or error, damages must be reported within three (3) calendar days of service completion.

The Company shall only be liable for structural or property damages that are a direct result of operator error, gross negligence, or willful misconduct by our team. We are not responsible for damage to surfaces that were already deteriorated, improperly maintained, or not suitable for pressure washing, including but not limited to loose or crumbling mortar, delaminating paint, rotted wood, cracked stucco, aged caulking, or improperly installed siding.

To the maximum extent permitted by California law, the Company's total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to our services shall not exceed the total amount paid by the Customer for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

8. ENVIRONMENTAL PRACTICES

We are committed to environmentally responsible cleaning practices. All cleaning solutions used are biodegradable and safe for surrounding landscaping, pets, and children. We follow all applicable local, state, and federal environmental regulations regarding wastewater management, storm drain protection, and chemical handling. Proper containment and disposal of wastewater is included in all of our services.

9. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, images, videos, and software, is the property of Hot Shot Pressure Wash or its content suppliers and is protected by United States and international copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, display, or create derivative works from any content on this Site without our prior written permission.

10. PHOTOS, TESTIMONIALS, AND MARKETING

By engaging our services, the Customer grants Hot Shot Pressure Wash permission to photograph the property before, during, and after service for use in our portfolio, website, social media, and marketing materials. Photos will only depict the property and work performed — no personal identifying information will be included. If you prefer that we do not photograph your property, please notify us prior to the start of service.

11. WEBSITE USE

Our Site is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we strive to keep the information on our Site accurate and up to date, we make no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, about the completeness, accuracy, reliability, or suitability of the information, products, or services provided through the Site.

You agree not to use the Site for any unlawful purpose, to interfere with or disrupt the operation of the Site, or to attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Site or its systems.

12. INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Hot Shot Pressure Wash, its owners, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorney fees) arising out of or relating to your failure to fulfill your responsibilities as outlined in Section 4, your misuse of our Site, or your violation of these Terms.

13. DISPUTE RESOLUTION

In the event of any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or our Services, both parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter informally by contacting the Company directly. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, either party may pursue resolution through mediation or binding arbitration in Los Angeles County, California.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal proceedings shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California.

14. FORCE MAJEURE

The Company shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations under these Terms resulting from events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to severe weather, natural disasters, fire, pandemic, government actions, utility failures, or civil unrest.

15. SEVERABILITY

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable.

16. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to the Site with an updated "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of our Site or Services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.

17. ENTIRE AGREEMENT

These Terms, together with any service quotes, proposals, or written agreements between the Customer and Hot Shot Pressure Wash, constitute the entire agreement between the parties with respect to the subject matter herein. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and a specific service agreement, the service agreement shall prevail.
